I'm a strategic advisor, enterprise quality leader, and global health transformation expert; driven by the belief that complexity can be restructured into clarity, and that every system can be improved with the right approach, evidence, and team.

With 17+ years of leadership across 20+ countries, I work at the intersection of quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. I serve as a fractional Chief Quality Officer and strategic thought partner to C-suite leaders, program directors, and health ministries; concurrently driving enterprise transformation at Johns Hopkins Health System as part of the Sightline program.

Prior to founding iVANTERi, I led QI across 14 countries at EGPAF; directing 3,000+ initiatives, reaching 1.6M+ patients annually, and building national programs in partnership with WHO, PEPFAR, and USAID. I bring that same rigor and scale to every engagement.
